MEET FLORA

SHOP HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENT:
Thank you for your interest in our little corner of the web. I want to inform you, in full transparency, that because of the COVID pandemic, USPS challenges, and the holiday rush, we are experiencing longer production times. We make our products to order, for many reasons, but the main one is that it is less waste and a lower carbon footprint. We only manufacture what we need, no more and no less. Our current holiday turnaround time is 5-7 days. If you want to get things sooner, add the rush production fee to your cart when checking out, which will cut production to 1-3 days. We also urge you to choose faster shipping in your cart the closer we get to Christmas. We still cannot guarantee shipping dates once the product leaves the floor. Shipping partners will do their best but we can’t control issues with weather and staffing shortages. Everyone is doing the best they can within this new paradigm.

We look forward to the day when we can all get back to some semblance of “normal”. We will do our best to put gentle pressure on all our partners to get you your orders as soon as we can, with the high caliber of quality we demand. But at the end of the day, we want everyone to be safe and to be well, including you! When we get back to our normal timelines we will update this page in the future.

Thank you for your patience. Stay safe and be well!

Welcome to The Urban Domestic Diva Shop, where I hope you find some great products to help make your world a little more inspired, a little more creative, and a little more lovely. I have carefully hand designed and curated pieces for you, so you can share in my creative, vintage-chic journey and style. The shop was a perfect extension and evolution of my blog and social spaces, The Urban Domestic Diva. That means that here, you will find a little farmhouse cottage, a little urban savvy, a little shabby-chic and a lot of vintage inspiration.

Our production and fulfillment partner in this endeavor is in the United States and has a 75% female workforce (which I am really excited about!). It was important for me to keep production on home soil, to help our own economy as well as create quality products-not to mention make shipping faster. Each product is made to order so please keep that in mind when you estimate delivery times.

Since 2008 my blog and social communities have been a place where I’ve inspired others by sharing ideas around home and hearth. My hope is that we can all live creatively abundant lives while balancing all the other demands being put on us daily. Posts and discussions range from recipes and cooking tips, gardening tips, shabby-chic crafting, upcycling and other home ideas. Like many working moms, I’m just trying to do it all while making sure we have clean socks for the week! Please visit and join our social communities.

I myself have been a creative director/art director for over 25 years working on big brands and small start-ups, giving me deep design skills. Lucky for you, I am now putting those design skills to work for you!

Thanks for stopping by.
Brew up a cup of coffee (or pour some Rosé) and stay a while.

Peace, Love, and Blessings,

Flora
